EASY RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date. If your order is placed during November or December you have until January 31st to process your return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Please include all original packaging and hang tags. *Final sale and markdown items will only be returned for store credit with a $5 restocking fee per unit.
Returns: Click here to create your prepaid return label in our customer service portal (available for US orders only). Please have your order number (starting with OSxxxx) and zip code ready. If you're outside of the US please mail your package to the address below along with your order number, contact info and note of return. We can not cover International shipping costs at this time.
Exchanges: Please follow the instructions for a return above, then purchase the item(s) you wish from our website for the fastest option. Not in a rush? Include a note in your return package with the item(s) you wish to exchange for along with your contact email. We will contact you once your package arrives if there are additional fees or if your item is out of stock. International orders and exchanges will have additional shipping fees.
