We offer worldwide shipping through USPS, DHL, and UPS. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed, shipping methods do not include processing times. Domestic

To initiate a domestic return/exchange within 30 days of the ship date please visit our return portal here. You will need your order number (OSxxxx) and zip code ready. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Please include all original packaging and hang tags.

International

You may self-return or exchange (postage paid by the customer) your order within 30 days of the delivery date. Please include a note of exchange or return. Once received we will process your request within 2-5 business days.

Sale Merchandise Policy

You may self-return (postage paid by the customer) your order within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Please note a $5 restocking fee will apply to all returned sale items. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Please include all original packaging and hang tags.

Exceptions

For a return/exchange that is past our 30-day policy, you may self-return (paid postage by the customer) or exchange your order within 60 days of delivery for store credit. Please note a $5 restocking fee will apply to all returns when received past 30 days of the ship date.

Holiday Return Policy

For orders that ship between November 8th and December 24th, we've extended our return window to allow for returns up until January 31st.
