Last September Hurricane Dorian hit Nassau, Bahamas , leaving destruction in its wake. Residents were deeply impacted, as were the estimated 5,000 to 8,0000 stray dogs that reside there.
That is why we have chosen to support The Bahamas Humane Society this quarter. Every purchase made from July 1st - September 30th will donate to their incredible nonprofit rescue.
Through their spray/neuter program they hope to become a no kill shelter within the year, and with their compassionate staff they hope to educate others to promote the humane treatment of animals and put an end to pet over population.
